Job summary

Complete Care at Middlebury is seeking a Nursing Supervisor RN to oversee the nursing staff on the 11p-7a shift at our Middlebury, CT facility. The role offers weekend coverage with every other weekend requirement and a +1 per hour weekend differential. Long-term care experience and an active CT RN license are required.

Per diem options available for other shifts. We emphasize compassionate care, staff development, and strict adherence to regulations while delivering high-quality nursing

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CT RN license is required.
• Knowledge of PCC is required.
• Previous long term care experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
