Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN Registered Nurse license for Connecticut.

• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) for residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Complete necessary reports and records promptly.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
