PACS Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities at our Encinitas facility. You will lead the nursing team on your tour of duty, ensuring care delivery meets all federal, state and local regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities include directing nursing services, coordinating discharge and care plans, maintaining manuals and procedures, and upholding resident safety and well-being while mentoring staff and ensuring timely,

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care preferred.
• Exemplary leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.

Aufgaben

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your shift.
• Maintain compliance with policies and quality assurance programs.
• Recruit and supervise nursing staff, assign shifts.
• Assist in discharge planning and resident care planning.
