Job summary

Qualifications

• PCC knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Ensure all nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Write reports, participate in QA activities, and coordinate with other departments to deliver quality care.
• Maintain accurate charting and administration of medications as ordered by physicians.
• Oversee discharge planning, admissions, transfers, and documentation.
