You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, participate in quality assurance, and coordinate with the Nurse Supervisor and Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality resident care.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Ensure nursing personnel comply with the written policies and procedures established by this facility.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
• Prepare and review resident discharge plans and coordinate with other departments as required.
• Complete accident/incident reports and maintain nursing service records.
• Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shift and perform daily rounds.
