Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Leadership and supervisory ability to manage nursing staff.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistants' functions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Write and review reports regarding shift activities.
• Communicate with physicians and residents' families as needed.
• Oversee medication administration and patient care plans.
