• Plan shifts' services, programs, and activities with staff.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure updates.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with other resident services.
• Coordinate nursing services with resident discharge planning.
• Manage documentation, charting, and recordkeeping for residents.
