Qualifications

• RN license in Arizona required
• BLS certification required
• BSN preferred or willing to complete BSN within 60 months

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care in medical/surgical unit.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient assessment.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and wellness.
