5+ years of staff nurse experience including charge nurse responsibilities.
Leadership experience required; able to oversee patient care across units.

Responsibilities

Serve as role model; provide clinical direction to staff and evaluate care.
Ensure high-quality, cost-efficient patient care by making staffing decisions.
Lead human resource management within the Nursing Division and Hospital.
Coordinate operational/administrative activities for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
Plan and direct Nursing Division activities to meet policies and goals.
Foster interdisciplinary communication and promote a positive image of the Nursing Division.
