Heartline Staffing is hiring a Nursing Supervisor in Brockton, Massachusetts. This is an in-person, hospital-based leadership role covering evenings, nights, and weekends.

You will supervise patient care across multiple units and serve as the on-site representative to ensure smooth operations during off-shifts. Candidates should hold a nursing degree (diploma/ASN/BSN), obtain a BSN within 4 years, and have MA RN licensure with BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required: diploma/ASN/BSN.
• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 5+ years of staff nurse experience with leadership duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction to staff and evaluate care.
• Make staffing decisions to ensure quality, cost-efficient care.
