The role acts as the patient care resource, collaborating with medical staff to ensure optimal services and environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience, 2–3 years in lead roles, and holds an RN license. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience 5-7 years required and lead nursing experience 2-3 years required.
• RN state license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and clinical support during evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Serve as off-shift patient care representative and address patient/family concerns.
• Coordinate with medical staff and support services to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
• Notify Administrator-On-Call of serious issues, incidents, and disasters.
• Supervise and mentor staff to uphold high-quality care.
