Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to coordinate and supervise patient care across multiple units during the evening, night, and weekend shifts. The role reports to the Staffing Office, and requires a nursing degree with leadership experience.
Responsibilities include clinical direction, staffing decisions, and collaboration with the Nursing leadership team to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient care and strong interdepartmental communication.

The Nursing Supervisor is a professional nurse who is responsible for coordination and supervision of patient care on multiple nursing units and departments on the evening, night, and weekend shifts. He/she works closely with Clinical Managers and others to ensure that high quality, timely service is provided to all patients.
