Job summary

Qualifications
- Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree; BSN highly preferred.
- Degree in Higher Education, School Counseling, Social Work, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment and interpretation of academic progression and develop success plans for nursing students.
- Work with students individually to navigate barriers and develop plans for success.
- Track and follow up with referred students and/or students not meeting minimum passing standards.
- Collaborate with nursing faculty and program director on growth opportunities and development.
