Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in patient care under supervision.
• Perform unit clerical tasks related to admissions, discharges, and record maintenance.
• Take and record vital signs and basic measurements.
• Prepare and transport specimens as needed.
• Maintain patient records and documentation in charting systems.
• Provide one‑on‑one supervision for high‑risk patients as required.
• Communicate patient care needs and unit activities to staff.
