Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participates in nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Performs unit-specific duties excluding invasive procedures and IV/blood administration.
• Assists in developing and revising Nursing Care Plans.
• Documents admissions, discharges, and unit records.
• Records vital signs and collects specimens as directed.
• Provides patient care and reports patient responses and changes.
