Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members and the public.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts (fractions, percentages, ratios).

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining staffing and scheduling for the nursing department.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding of new hires.
• Prepare time cards and schedules prior to orientation.
• Report staffing issues and recommendations to the DNS.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
