Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating staffing and scheduling in healthcare.
• Proficient with payroll data entry and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains and updates daily staffing sheets and master schedules.
• Coordinates with bed control to ensure required assignments are staffed.
• Maintains staff contact information and qualifications lists.
• Processes attendance, leave requests and inputs data into payroll system.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
