Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily nursing staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and orientation.
• Communicate staffing needs to the DNS and nursing supervisors.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient and staff information.
