Job summary

Eagleville Hospital in Eagleville, PA is seeking a Staffing, Scheduling and Payroll Coordinator to coordinate nursing staff schedules across all patient care areas in collaboration with Manager, Nursing Operations, Nurse Managers, Nursing Supervisors and the CNO.

The Coordinator generates six-week service-line schedules, assigns staff to fill gaps, coordinates external agency and PRN/per diem assignments, manages PTO and vacation requests, and prepares payroll reports for approval.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years working in acute care and/or behavioural health setting.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and other computer systems.
