Job summary

Eagleville Hospital in Eagleville, PA is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff on the 11-7 shift, ensure quality patient care, and manage clinical and administrative duties. You will coordinate admissions, discharges, and staff performance, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an RN with 5+ years in nursing and management experience in a psychiatric or related setting. BSN preferred; must be licensed in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing, current Pennsylvania State license (RN).
• Graduate of an accredited college or university, BSN or MSN preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience as a practicing RN.
• Management experience in a psychiatric setting and/or drug/alcohol facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift and oversee nursing activities.
• Coordinate admissions and discharge processes; manage clinical escalations.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for nursing staff.
• Make rounds and relay pertinent information to the Director of Nursing.
• Oversee staffing, timekeeping, and scheduling within the unit.
