Job summary

GHR Healthcare in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for our Nurse Staffing and Recruitment team. You will partner with clients to assign Nurses to cover per diem and contract shifts across a defined region, while collaborating with Recruiters to source top talent and market candidates.

You will build and maintain relationships with staff and facilities, confirm daily schedules, manage shifts and call-outs, and communicate onboarding and attendance procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 1 year of recent experience in Recruiting, Sales or Customer Service preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assign Nurses to cover per diem and contract shifts within a defined region.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to source top talent and market candidates to clients based on qualifications, location, and availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with current staff and clients.
• Confirm daily Nurse schedules; manage shift changes and call-outs.
• Communicate onboarding requirements, attendance procedures and dress code.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong negotiation skills.
• Enthusiastic self-starter in a high-volume environment.
