Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in staffing, scheduling or healthcare business.
• Experience with UKG Dimensions (Kronos) system.
• Experience with Einstein system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong data entry and report development skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and understanding of nursing staff patterns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing needs shift-by-shift and coordinate resources.
• Execute daily operations for deployment of central staffing RNs.
• Manage scheduling system and keep changes accurate.
• Assign staff to units per staffing models.
• Inform personnel of scheduling issues and adjust schedules.
• Record absences, overtime in the scheduling system.
• Fill in for absences by reassigning SRP staff.
• Maintain all staffing records, logs, and reports.
• Handle receptionist duties, log calls, and answer phones efficiently.
• Prepare statistical reports and distribute them timely.
• Print and maintain staffing worksheets.
• Attend required meetings and training.
• Maintain personnel data in the electronic database; monitor budget for manager review.
