Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing needs with department managers to ensure adequate coverage across units.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to meet patient care demands.
• Enter staffing data for all inpatient units accurately and timely in API system.
• Analyze staffing patterns and forecast needs to optimize staffing levels.
• Prepare regular reports on staffing metrics and trends for leadership.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees on scheduling policies and systems.
