Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related staffing/scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Kronos experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and regularly update the master nursing department staffing schedule.
• Prepare daily staffing sheets and adjust for call-outs and census changes.
• Work with DON and ADON to ensure coverage.
• Monitor staffing levels per policies and budget.
