Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• HIPAA awareness and ability to protect resident information.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain schedules for nurses and CNAs using OnShift, ensuring coverage aligns with staffing requirements.
• Fill open shifts and call-outs by contacting staff and tracking availability.
• Post schedules and daily staffing information on time.
• Schedule and participate in CNA interviews.
• Review schedules for accuracy, coverage gaps, and overtime; flag concerns early.
• Coordinate orientation for newly hired staff and their first shifts.
