Job summary

Elderwood Administrative Services is seeking a Clinical Staffing Scheduler for Elderwood at Burlington in Burlington, Vermont. This full-time role focuses on developing and maintaining nursing staffing schedules, coordinating with DON/ADON, and ensuring coverage aligns with budgets and resident needs.

You will prepare daily sheets, manage time-off and vacation requests, and support payroll and agency staffing coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Kronos experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the master nursing staffing schedule.
• Prepare daily staffing sheets and adjust for call-outs and census changes.
• Coordinate with DON and ADON to ensure coverage and accurate scheduling.
• Monitor staffing levels per policies and budget guides.
• Schedule new hire orientation and reflect hires on daily sheets.
• Assist payroll processes for nursing departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and employees.
