Job summary

Volare Health, LLC in Eugene, OR is seeking a Full-Time Scheduler to manage nursing staff schedules and records onsite. You will create a four-week master schedule, monitor staffing patterns, and adjust based on budget and census while maintaining Resident Rights and high professionalism.

The role requires 1–2+ years in staff scheduling (healthcare preferred), excellent communication, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of staff scheduling experience, healthcare preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing staff schedules and records.
• Create the four-week master schedule and publish per policy.
• Monitor staffing patterns and adjust per budget and census.
• Schedule time off and PTO under direction of Nursing Director.
• Support administrative tasks for the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Maintain absenteeism, requests, and schedule records; report to Director of Nursing.
• Ensure Resident Rights are observed at all times.
