A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential to ensure quality resident care. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, processing timecards, and coordinating with leadership to optimize staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain nursing department schedules to ensure staffing coverage.
• Serve as the primary contact for staffing needs and schedule changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records for hiring, status changes, and separations.
• Assist staff with timecards, leave requests, and day-off planning.
• Coordinate with Nursing Director and HR to support staffing needs.
• Track attendance, tardiness, call-offs, and staffing trends.
• Maintain current employee contact information and records.
• Coordinate applicant inquiries and interview scheduling.
• Ensure staffing practices align with policies, budgets, and census needs.
• Support department operations with additional admin duties.
