Job summary

Linden Place Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, part of the Alliance Health Group family, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to join our team. You will coordinate monthly nursing schedules, assist with call-ins, ensure compliance, and support the Nursing Department.

You will need strong organizational and communication skills, CPR certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Daily Pay and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with staffing and scheduling nurses and CNAs.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to navigate internet and intranet systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership at all levels.
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to supporting overall facility goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain monthly nursing schedules for licensed nurses and CNAs
• Assist with finding call-in replacements and maintaining appropriate staffing levels
• Help ensure schedules meet corporate, state, and federal staffing requirements
• Provide administrative support to the Nursing Department
• Answer phones, greet visitors, assist residents and families, and relay messages appropriately
• Assist with administrative transfers and discharges
• Maintain and organize nursing department records and documentation
• Assist with job assignments, scheduling adjustments, and staffing-related reports
• Communicate staffing needs and schedule changes with nursing leadership and team members
• Run errands and assist with obtaining supplies when needed
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
