Elm Management is seeking a Staffing Scheduler for Mount Joseph in Waterville, ME. You will build and maintain nursing schedules, fill open shifts, and ensure all units are covered so residents receive the care they deserve.

You will work with the Director of Nursing to post schedules, screen candidates for CNA interviews, review coverage and overtime, and keep contact lists current. HIPAA and confidentiality are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with computers and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, friendly communication by phone, in person, and in writing.
• Good judgment and ability to make decisions when plans change.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain nurse and CNA schedules using OnShift to meet state and federal staffing requirements.
• Fill open shifts and call-outs by contacting staff and tracking availability.
• Post schedules and daily staffing information on time.
• Schedule and participate in CNA interviews.
• Review schedules for accuracy, coverage gaps, and overtime; flag concerns early.
