Job summary

Berlin Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Nursing Staff Coordinator to schedule staff, document daily activities, track vacation time and absences, and attend meetings and in-services as required. You will support patient care by ensuring staffing coverage and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and computer literacy, with on-site work at our Barre, Vermont facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
• Computer skills and ability to record information
• Ability to comply with departmental safety policies and procedures
• Ability to perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements of the position

Responsibilities

• Schedule available staff to meet facility needs.
• Prepare schedules for new employees.
• Document daily activities and track attendance, vacations, and absences.
