Job summary

The role involves administrative authority for staffing, scheduling, and related duties, with on-the-job training provided. This position focuses on maintaining schedules, coordinating interviews, and supporting department managers to ensure efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience with staffing and scheduling is not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers and ensure accessibility.
• Update department managers' phone postings and scheduling records.
• Prepare monthly nursing schedules and post worksheets to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coordinate interviews and respond to applicants regarding position availability.
• Assist with records, time cards, and reporting per facility policy.
• Support nursing supervisory staff and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
