Job summary

Kindred Hospital Brea seeks a Staffing Coordinator to coordinate staffing for all nursing units under the direction of the Director of Nursing. You will serve as a liaison between the nursing office and other SAU departments, assist with staffing reports, and support recruitment activities for nursing services.

Responsibilities include maintaining staffing records, identifying staffing needs, handling payroll timesheets, and coordinating with Human Resources on hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication required.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains nursing payroll time sheets and schedules.
• Identifies staffing needs and initiates changes as directed.
• Participates in recruitment activities for nursing services.
• Coordinates with Human Resources in the hire process and orientation.
• Adheres to dress code, appearance is neat and clean.
