Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1 year of relatable or equivalent experience.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care from hospital discharge through follow-ups.
• Review patient test results with providers and patients.
• Manage preoperative surgical clearance requests with providers as needed.
• Triage patient calls and provide health advice and referrals when appropriate.
