• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a hospital with staffing/scheduling responsibilities for clinical and nursing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective daily staffing for the nursing department and review assignments with nursing management.
• Assist with processing PTO requests and ensuring coverage for PTO; process calls-ins/absences to ensure coverage.
• Assist in correcting/editing staff time in UKG system.
