Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to read technical procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and scheduling coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current resident care employee phone lists and scheduling calendars.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding for nursing staff.
• Prepare written correspondence and reports for the DNS and HR.
• Assist with time cards, leaves, and attendance documentation.
• Ensure staff schedules provide adequate unit coverage and post work sheets.
