Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant clinical scheduling and staffing experience.
• Basic computer skills with email and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside staff as required by patient acuity system and maintain personnel database (ANSOS).
• Adjudicate all contract labor invoices and coordinate with management on coverage.
• Coordinate decedent affairs, including documentation, transport, and compliance with regulatory agencies; discuss postmortem process with legal next of kin; review information in EMR systems.
