Job summary

UC San Diego Health is seeking a Nursing Staffer in Capacity Management to support bedside staffing under Nursing Administration Management. You will maintain the ANSOS personnel database, ensure credentialing, and adjudicate contract labor invoices while coordinating cross-coverage and decedent affairs in line with policy.

The role requires experience in clinical scheduling, strong communication, and proficiency with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant clinical scheduling and staffing experience.
• Basic computer skills with email and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ANSOS/Web Scheduler, Epic, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside staff as required by the patient acuity system and maintain personnel database (ANSOS).
• Ensure staff credentials are on file and adjudicate all contract labor invoices.
• Provide cross-coverage and coordinate decedent affairs and related documentation and processes using EMR systems.
