Lakeland Hills Center in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure adequate nursing department staffing based on budget and census. You will manage daily schedules, track attendance, and coordinate interviews for open positions.

Responsibilities include maintaining staff records, posting schedules, reporting staffing issues to the Director of Nursing Services, and collaborating with HR to implement staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain current resident care employee phone lists and schedules.
• Coordinate nursing department staffing and interviews.
• Prepare and post weekly staffing schedules and reports for DNS review.
• Assist with HR and DNS on staffing constraints and coverage issues.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
