Willow Branch Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Central Supply Clerk to join our nursing team. The role focuses on scheduling nursing staff, coordinating the schedule under supervision, and ensuring proper supply levels.

Responsibilities include payroll assistance, inventory control, and daily collaboration with Nursing Administration. CNA license is preferred, and prior scheduling/central supply experience is desired to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Schedules all nursing staff and prepares a weekly nursing schedule.
• Receives incoming calls and directs appropriately to address scheduling issues.
• Obtains permission from Nursing leadership before overtime or registry use.
• Adjusts schedules to accommodate illnesses, vacations, and PTO.
• Collaborates with Nursing Administration to ensure adequate staffing.
• Assists payroll with processing weekly nursing hours.
• Checks supply areas daily and maintains stock levels.
• Fills requisitions for routine supplies and equipment.
• Ensures emergency supplies are available and inventory is organized.
• Rotates stock to prevent expired items.
