Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inventory on a weekly basis to ensure par levels.
• Create a list of supplies needed and purchase materials to maintain an adequate inventory.
• Deal directly with vendors regarding orders and shipments.
• Prepare correspondences and claims concerning damaged merchandise, and return to vendor as required.
• Follow prescribed budget and submit billing statements to the business office.
• Fulfill approved requisitions for departments for routine supplies and equipment.
