Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily staffing needs for each nursing unit based on census and staffing norms.
• Distribute staff according to unit acuity and inform Nursing Unit Directors of variations.
• Plan ahead to adjust personnel for upcoming shifts as census changes.
• Obtain pre-authorization for overtime and manage sick/absence calls in UKG Kronos.
• Maintain staffing records and generate reports for Patient Care Services Administration.
