Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or related field.
• Certification in Education within 3 years.
• RN license in Iowa and Illinois.
• More than 3 years of experience in nursing staff development or education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate staff education to improve nursing care.
• Provide clinical leadership and promote evidence-based practice.
• Assess learning needs and prioritize continuing education activities.
• Lead or act as an informal supervisor to support staff development and quality improvement.
