- Certification in Education within 3 years.
- Registered Nurse in Iowa & Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Lead staff development and education programs for nursing staff.
- Assess learning needs of staff and prioritize learning activities.
- Promote evidence-based nursing practice and patient safety; act as educator, consultant and patient advocate.
