Job summary

Mercy Health seeks a Manager of Nursing Practice and Clinical Education to lead education programs across the site, partnering with nursing leadership to advance evidence-based care and nursing practice. This role directs Nursing Professional Development Coordinators and collaborates with Emergency leadership to deliver nursing education.

The position requires a BSN and MSN, an active RN license, and a track record in adult learning, mentorship, and clinical informatics to support high-quality,

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of practice or compacts.
BSN and MSN required.
Experience in nursing education and professional development.
Ability to lead education programs and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

Implements system nursing education and professional development programs.
Oversees clinical and nursing education resources.
Partners with nursing leadership to advance education and practice.
Supports education related to EMR and nursing tech.
Coaches staff and supports career development pathways.
