Fair Oaks Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Staffing Coordinator to help ensure timely staffing, scheduling, and budget management in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize coverage and quality of care.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree, with a bachelor’s preferred, and brings at least two years of staffing or related experience, including budgeting.
