Job summary

The successful candidate will hold a nursing degree (BSN required, MSN preferred), Indiana licensure, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, Master’s preferred.
• Hold a valid, unencumbered nursing license in Indiana.
• Minimum of two years in the practice setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of Christian higher education.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Demonstrated administrative and supervisory skills.
• Commitment to continuous process improvement.
