Ohlone College seeks a Health Science Skills Laboratory Coordinator to plan, organize, and oversee nursing skills labs and simulations across campus sites. You will work with faculty to ensure labs meet instructional outcomes and safety standards, while coordinating equipment, supplies and vendor relations.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, maintaining documentation, and supporting simulation activities to enhance learning experiences for nursing students.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing and active RN license.
• 5+ years of experience in an acute care nursing program.
• Experience with nursing skills labs, simulation and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and implement psychomotor skills labs and simulations.
• Support instruction by guiding students in nursing procedures and lab activities.
• Coordinate lab equipment, supplies and safety protocols in Nursing Skills/Simulation labs.
