Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or BSN with MSN to be completed within three years of employment.
• RN license in North Carolina required.
• Current CPR certification (AHA BLS for Healthcare providers).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate simulation and laboratory activities for Nursing programs.
• Manage clinical placement operations and student success initiatives.
• Support NLN CNEA accreditation standards, NCBON regulations, and NCCCS requirements.
• Maintain program records and data; communicate with clinical partners and external agencies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Programs and health sciences faculty to ensure safe facility use.
