Responsibilities

• Conducts simulated clinical rotation assignments for nursing students and coordinates related simulation activities.
• Develops simulated experiences and schedules for clinical courses.
• Collaborates with faculty to bridge classroom theory and simulation.
• Oversees rotations, faculty concerns, and remediation activities as needed.
• Participates in orientation of faculty to simulation and evaluates student performance.
• Participates in staff development and college committees as appropriate.
